Among the many awards contenders this season is The Brutalist, A24’s 215-minute epic from writer-director Brady Corbet that’s centered on refugee life in the post-World War II era. Adrien Brody may lead the charge in the film’s eponymous role (László Tóth), but the acclaimed picture contains some unforgettable performances from its supporting players as well.
