Chris Columbus, the acclaimed director behind the first two Harry Potter movies (The Philosopher’s Stone & The Chamber of Secrets) has weighed in on HBO’s upcoming TV reboot of the Wizarding World, offering the perfect fan casting for Lord Voldemort. HBO’s reboot was first announced in April 2023. Since then, updates have been few and far between, as the network is reportedly still finalizing the casting process after a massive open casting call.
