Harvey Weinstein has scored a shock victory in his attempts to overturn his rape convictions. The New York Court of Appeal quashed Weinstein’s 2020 rape conviction with a 4-3 verdict, after calling the conviction unsafe for including testimony from women who were not part of the trial.
