Actress and model Kymberly Herrin has died at the age of 65, according to an obituary published by the Santa Barbara New-Press. While the name Kymberly Herrin may not instantly ring a bell for most people, fans of 1984’s Ghostbusters will know her as the alluring ghost that makes Dan Aykroyd’s Ray smile during a somewhat risky dream sequence in the middle of the movie. While her cause of death has not been revealed, the obituary states that she died peacefully at home on October 28, and family have asked for donations to the American Cancer Society to “further the research of the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.”
